How to Apply
- The number of participants is limited to 34 members in one session.
- You can apply for reservations of the tour at 10:00 AM on the first day of the month two months before your favorite date.
- Reservations for the tour are accepted through internet or fax, in order of arrival.
The ratio of the acceptance number by internet to by fax is 2 to 1, but not confirmed. - Even if you cannot make a reservation by internet due to the full of application, you may be able to make a reservation by fax. Please try to join the tour by both ways.
- The maximum number which is accepted in one application is limited to FIVE. When more than FIVE persons try to make an application, please make an application for the rest with a different representative and make a call to the Secretariat of the tour (+81-78-784-3396) to inform to the Secretariat that you are the same groups.
- If the participant accepted by us cancels the tour without any notice to us, his/her application can be never accepted in the future.
- We would like more persons to join the tour. We therefore accept only one application from one person.

How to cancel or how to change the number of participants
When the participant cancels the tour after the application form was accepted, please send e-mail or fax on that to us as soon as possible.
Group Application
When visitors would like to participate in the tour as a group, they should apply for the tour on the fourth Wednesday each month. Please contact the Secretariat of the tour directly.
