Kurushima-Kaikyo Service Area

This is a service area on the Shikoku side of the Shimanami Expressway. There's a viewing platform where you can look out over the Kurushima-Kaikyo Bridges. Using the photo stands shaped like theme character Wataru, you can also take commemorative selfies, or take photos together with Wataru.

(Upon use of the Kurushima Kaikyo Service Area)

- When going to the Kurushima Kaikyo Service Area from the Shikoku side, merge from the Imabari Interchange to get to the Kurushima Kaikyo Service Area.
There is one Kurushima Kaikyo Service Area for both northbound and southbound traffic.

- Please note that when coming from ordinary roads to
the Imabari-kita Interchange, it is not possible to reach the Kurushima Kaikyo Service Area.
