Information Security Policy
Honshu-Shikoku Bridge Expressway Company Limited (hereinafter "Company") recognizes the importance of information assets that the Company manages for business operation, and as such, seeks thoroughgoing protection thereof to ensure the safety, security, and reliability of our customers and stakeholders. To this end, the Company has established the Information Security Policy as follows.
Scope
This Information Security Policy applies to the information assets managed by the Company for business purposes as well as all persons who access these information assets ("Users").
Establishment of information security framework
The Company establishes an operational system for information security measures and implements continuous efforts.
Implementation of information security measures
The Company implements physical, personnel, and technical measures so as to protect information assets from all threats, including wiretapping, intrusion, tampering, destruction, theft, and divulgence, in order to ensure their security.
Information security training
The Company continuously provides necessary training to Users and seeks improvement in both awareness and technical aspects of information security measures.
Compliance with laws and regulations
The Company obligates Users to strictly comply with all laws, regulations, and internal rules that concern information security measures.
Evaluation and revision
The Company continuously evaluates and revises the content of internal rules on information security measures in order to make continuous improvements.
