HSBE supports regional networks in areas along the expressways, such as culture and the arts, from various angles.
There are numerous art and other museums in the Seto Inland Sea area which have something to offer.
The Setouchi Museum Network, a part of our corporate efforts as a business in the Seto Inland Sea area to promote the arts and culture, is a network of art and cultural institutions such as art and other museums that was formed in October, 2008 with 6 institutions for the purpose of promoting exchange and invigorating of the Seto Inland Sea area and spreading art appreciation education for children and is currently comprised of 84member institutions.
The Setouchi Museum Network is currently developing a variety of events in accordance with its founding purpose, such as accepting entries for "Children's Impressions towards Artwork," holding "Family Art Appreciation" events, and stamp collections for going around and receiving stamps from participating museums and art museums.
