Yamaguchi Prefectual Art Museum

The museum’s collection mainly consists of works by artists with ties to Yamaguchi Prefecture. You can enjoy a wide range of works, including Western-style paintings, Japanese paintings, and photography, at the collection exhibitions planned by theme. The Japanese art pieces can be viewed while sitting on the tatami mats making for a particularly leisurley experience. Special exhibitions are also held several times a year.
