The Nagi Museum of Contemporary Art is a museum in which the artworks and the architecture are designed to exist together in a semi-permanent unity. The building was designed and produced by the world-renowned architect Arata Isozaki. While engaging in extensive dialogue with the internationally active artists Shusaku Arakawa + Madeline Gins, Kazuo Okazaki, and Aiko Miyawaki, Isozaki created the exhibition spaces.
