Chichu Art Museum

Established in 2004 as a platform to think about the relationship between nature and humans. Most of the building is underground so as not to spoil the beautiful scenery of the Seto Inland Sea, and works by three artists, including Claude Monet, are permanently installed in a building designed by Tadao Ando.
