Ranto- kaku Museum of Art is a majestic museum built in authentic wooden architecture. It exhibits representative works of modern Japanese painting, as well as works by artists with local ties. From its collection of approximately 2,200 works, including Japanese paintings, oil paintings, prints, and drawings, special exhibitions are held each season.
